25th April, 2007 Capita Hartshead, a market leader in Occupational Pensions Administration, are in the process of updating their existing WebSpeed applications using ws:AJAX. By replacing the existing CGI Wrappers with ws:AJAX webobjects, Capita will have separate presentation (HTML) and business logic (ABL) layers, and with AJAX the ability to greatly improve the usability of the applications.

1st February, 2007 Proaxima are proud to announce the release of Transverse v1.0 for .NET.
31st January, 2007 Following on from the ps:eScript discussion forum, Proaxima are now providing online documentation for ps:eScript. Using the MediaWiki the aim is to provide easy to read, up to date documentation for the eScript community. The documentation is available at www.proaxima.com/wiki.
12th January, 2007 As part of Proaxima's strategy to provide support for ps:eScript, we have setup a discussion forum. All Progress related discussions are welcome, although it is expected to primarily be eScript and ws:AJAX related. The forum is available at www.proaxima.com/forum.
15th November, 2006 Towquest have used ws:AJAX to enhanced their existing browser-based applications built using the ps:eScript framework. After just a couple of hours with a Proaxima consultant, the Towquest development team have been able to easily add AJAX functionality to their applications.
David Carter of Towquest says 'We have now implemented various bits of AJAX into our app and it works a treat'.

19th June, 2006 Following on from the success of the ps:eScript project, Proaxima are proud to announce the start of a new project to re-develop an existing Progress Application using using ASP.NET and OpenEdge.
Kevin Jones of Proaxima says 'This is an exciting project, allowing us to prove the openness and ease of integration that the OpenEdge platform provides'.
14th April, 2006 Proaxima to present at Progress Technical World 2006
Matt Verrinder will be presenting a session titled AJAX Development with OpenEdge and ps:eScript at Progress Technical World in Athens, Greece 10-12th September 2006.
The presentation is based on our experiences using AJAX with WebSpeed and ps:eScript to seamlessly refresh data in a browser without contantly reloading the entire page.

Proaxima release ws:AJAX, an extension to WebSpeed making it quick and easy to add AJAX functionality to WebSpeed and ps:eScript applications.

4th April, 2006 Manheim Project Goes Live
After extensive testing, Manheim have launched their new application. The application is browser-based and has been developed using the ps:eScript framework. All the HTML, Javascript and 4GL business logic has been supplied by Proaxima.
14th February, 2006 Proaxima make eScript WebObject available for free.
The ps:eScript WebObject is now available from this site. This version of the WebObject is the official version supplied by Progress UK. This is not the full ps:eScript framework, it is the WebObject that allows the separation of your HTML and 4GL. Find details on how to obtain this from our downloads page.
9th January, 2006 Second phase of Manheim Project delivered
With a little over 4 weeks the second phase of the Manheim project has been delivered as specified. The application has been installed and setup by Proaxima and handed over to Manhiem for testing and approval.
5th December, 2005 First phase of Manheim project delivered on time and to budget.
Proaxima are pleased to announce that the first phase of the Manheim project has been delivered on time. This phase encompassing prototyping, HTML development and business logic has taken 6 weeks of development. The result is an application that has the required key functionality as well as a look and feel that can now be reviewed.
24th October, 2005 Proaxima upgrade and enhance ps:eScript for OpenEdge 10.
Proaxima have now ported the psEscript framework to OpenEdge 10. This is not simply a recompile. New OpenEdge 10 functionality has been utilised as well as a major rewrite to the core nugget. This has been to ensure faster processing by the eScript engine.
21st October, 2005 Proaxima provide enhancements for ps:eScript framework to Progress Software UK.
Proaxima have been working on a few changes and enhancements to the core ps:eScript WebObject. These have been introduced as they have been asked for on the eScript support alias as well as Proaxima finding these new features useful in its latest developments. These changes have been passed back to Progress UK to be incorporated the version supplied by Progress UK.
17th October, 2005 Proaxima wins their first ps:eScript project with Manheim Auctions.
Proaxima had competitive edge over other companies to win a new development project with Manheim Auctions. This was because of the key Progress Knowledge that Proaxima could demonstrate and the ability to develop using the ps:eScript framework. The project has to be delivered at a fixed cost and to a very tight deadline. Proaxima were only too pleased to take on the challenge.
3rd October, 2005 Proaxima authorised to use ps:eScript framework and deliver approved Progress Training.
Proaxima have been granted the express permission by Progress UK to use the ps:eScript framework in it's developments. On the basis that Proaxima help provide support for the framework and contribute enhancements to the core product.
Proaxima are also allowed to now supplied the ps:eScript training courses and mentoring packages. This now allows us to continue with our primary aim of bringing other applications forward and into a browser.
16th August, 2005 Proaxima recognised as an official services consulting partner for Progress Software.
Proaxima are now a supplier of services for Progress Software. This includes many on-site consultations for Progress customers as well as providing instructors for their approved training courses. Proaxima have supplied services which include:

Proaxima was launched to provide superior professional services to the Progress Community. It's primary objective is to promote the redevelopment of existing character and GUI applications to be browser-based. With the use of the ps:eScript framework a complete UI and business logic separation is achievable in very short space of time.
